Street.co.uk revealed its new CRM, in a record-breaking launch to over 1,000 agents and industry influencers on its first day.

Three-years in secret development, this agent-centric solution is generating industry interest on an incredible scale.

Street’s new CRM is a transformative new technology, empowering estate agents, creating efficiencies, cutting costs, and helping to increase margins. Street is designed by the award-winning Street Group, co-founded by brother and sister entrepreneurs, Heather and Thomson Staff, whose parents are both agents themselves. It’s the same team behind instruction generation tool, Spectre, which generated more than £15bn of property instructions since its inception.

Street’s arrival on the scene comes at a crucial juncture for the 6.5BN annual estate agency industry, where Covid-19 has shown that agents can do more business in a different way, if they had a CRM that joined up all the dots using a whole host of modern technologies.

Thomson Staff, co-founder of Street, said: “This is the first, truly modern estate agency platform in the UK. There’s nothing else like this available on the market and we’re all incredibly proud of what we’ve created. We said we’d redesign estate agency software from the ground up and that’s exactly what we’ve done.

Testimony to its need and popularity, Street’s CRM virtual launch was attended by more than a thousand estate agents and industry influencers where its features were finally unveiled.

Street transforms the way agents communicate with clients, from listing and viewings through to exchange and completion. It marks the end of relentless progress calls between agent and client, with real-time updates instantly available at the touch of a button. Beautiful, intuitive technology, it provides complete transparency on the entire process from start to finish.

Street not only supercharges agents’ customer service capabilities, but frees up a vast amount of time by removing the hugely time-consuming fielding of client update calls, chasing conveyancers, and identifying bottlenecks, allowing agents to focus their time more productively.

It’s also supported by an app, available to download from the app store today.

Thomson continued, “During my time as an agent, I was frustrated by the limitations placed on what we could do by our software – we know those frustrations are mirrored by agents up and down the country. With Street, we’ve finally empowered local estate agents with the technology that matches their expertise; tech that’s capable of giving their clients the experience they want to provide. Customer experience was a top priority for us – consumers demand transparency and access to information 24/7; a digital experience local agents can’t provide on their own. Efficiency was also a massive focus for us – there are tasks being performed manually that should have been automated a decade ago – Street changes all that, dragging the industry forward by years overnight.”

Heather Staff, co-founder of Street, said: “Street is the culmination of three years of hard work by the most talented developers and designers out there. They’ve made sure that Street is not only beautiful but a pleasure to work with. It’s truly transformative for both estate agents and consumers.

“This is technology that other industries had access to a decade ago and we’re delighted we’ve succeeded in closing the gap. It’s exciting to see Street in action already with our beta clients and we look forward to onboarding many more agents in the coming months.”

Prop Tech/ Real Estate industry analyst Andrew Stanton comments ‘this  new estate agent CRM crackles with innovation, bright solutions and driven efficiencies of time and money saved. Groundhog estate agency has been replaced overnight by a powerhouse of sleek solutions which will increase agents profits. Agents will love it’.

It’s not just the platform’s functionality that’s a departure from the norm – Street’s pricing structure has also been designed for maximum transparency.

Heather said: “We want our pricing to be fair, flexible and totally transparent. Per user and per branch pricing doesn’t work for modern estate agents – instead, we decided on a model based on usage. That means you can have unlimited users – no more complications around part time or viewing staff.”

Pricing is just £6 per property per month, starting at 100 properties. Agents will only be charged for properties that are For Sale, Sold Subject to Contract, To Let or Let Agreed.

With a waiting list of agents already into Spring 2021, there is expected to be a scramble to get on the platform with agents already vying for their place. Contact  Agent Street today.
